What we collect
outlvl collects minimal data necessary to operate the leaderboard service. When you submit a game listing, we collect: the URL you provide, game metadata (title, description, image URL, genre, platforms) fetched from that URL, and your payment information processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment details on our servers.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and DataFast analytics to understand how visitors use outlvl. These services collect anonymized usage data such as page views, device type, and country. No personally identifiable information is shared with these analytics providers. We also track outbound clicks to listed games for the purpose of showing click counts on the leaderboard.
Payments
All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. When you make a payment, Stripe collects your email address and payment method details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the data they collect. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount paid, and the associated listing metadata via webhooks. We do not have access to your full card details.
Cookies
outlvl does not use cookies for tracking. Analytics services may use cookie-less tracking methods. Stripe may set cookies during the checkout process for fraud prevention purposes.
Data retention
Game listings and associated payment records are retained indefinitely as they form the public leaderboard. If you need a listing removed, contact us at daniel@hypercue.tech.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at daniel@hypercue.tech. We will respond within 30 days.
